I have been a longtime Farmers customer, but my previous agent moved on and I was assigned a different agent (not Angela). That did not work well, so I set out to find a new agent and have been with Stubbs Insurance for a few years now. Every time I call, the help has been great. Recently, I inquired about a payment option and although I said I did not need the issue looked at further, Stephanie went above and beyond and contacted Farmers and found a very good way forward.
